I finally found my Olive Egger, and no wonder she was so hard to locate. She resembled a barred rock but with feathered legs!
She's a pretty thing though.
The group seem to enjoy the fresh air, though today has a bit of a chill.
My Salmon Faverolles are getting prettier every day.
The Red Sex-Link
Another take of the OE
Easter Egger
It's been a little bit since we have seen the Welsummer. She is getting her adult plumage in. My second Welsummer from the order was traded to get my OE. I recently bought another Welsummer so it's not big deal.
The Houdans resemble capped turkeys. LOL
Terry's getting in some chicken time
We took down the water dish so I can change it out for them, and they seemed as if I was going to take it away forever. LOL
The original Hippies taking some time in the sunny day.
I just can't get over how gorgeous Bandit is. His colors are so striking! It's hard to look away.
As soon as I opened up the little coop, the Originals just HAD to go in. They just ignored (literally) the younger bunch. One of the cockerels stepped on the poor OE as if she was a place mat.
The little ones were just baffled as to what to do with the big dorks.
Just make yourself at home there Elisabeth...
"Ummm... Are you supposed to be a chicken?"
Small little Squirt
Now adays you can't see my chickens without seeing at least one duck. Daisy likes to peek over at the other ducklings next door.
